Order processing time
All orders on our website will be processed and dispatched within 4 working days (except weekends and holidays). If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.
For pre-ordered items: Please refer to the shipping date specified on the product page.
After the order is processed, you will receive another shipping notification containing the tracking number so that you can track the shipment.
Free global delivery
We offer free global express delivery services for orders on our website. All orders are dispatched by fedex. On average, it takes 5 to 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to receive them after they are dispatched from the warehouse.
Starting from May 2025, some orders sent to the United States may experience delays in the shipment of certain items. Please refer to the shipping date published on the product page (see the example picture below). If the delayed shipping date is not displayed, the order will be processed and dispatched normally within 3 working days after placing the order.
The delivery time provided above is only estimated based on our experience in cooperating with express delivery companies. In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the express delivery company (such as extended customs clearance time, bad weather, government lockdowns, movement restrictions, strikes, riots, etc.), the delivery time may vary. We suggest that you regularly check your shipping status via the tracking link provided to you by email.
Split shipment
Due to logistics and other operational needs, we reserve the right to split orders without further notice.
Value-added tax/Import tax
Starting from May 2025, for goods sent to the United States, no additional tariffs will be required when placing orders on our website. However, please note that some of the products we sell will be delayed in delivery and may require additional waiting time (we will announce it on the product page). For goods destined for the UK, the price calculated at checkout includes the value-added tax that will be remitted to HMRC when the order is dispatched.
For all other countries/regions not mentioned above, please note that the prices on our website do not include local taxes, value-added tax, import fees or other customs clearance charges that may apply in your region. Any costs arising from imports shall be borne by the customers.
Reject/return the sender’s goods
The package was refused and returned to the sender due to the recipient’s negligence and failure to receive it for the following reasons;
Incorrect or invalid delivery information (such as incorrect delivery address, incorrect contact number)
Refuse to pay the import duties as required by the customs
Refuse to provide assistance and information to the local customs
Refuse to collect the goods at the designated delivery point (for addresses where the Courier cannot deliver again)
When the goods are returned to our warehouse, they will only be returned once, after deducting the freight to and from the destination country as well as any applicable customs duties and taxes.
Goods lost
If your package is marked as delivered on the express tracking page but you haven’t received it yet, please confirm with each member of your family, as someone might have signed for it on your behalf.
In addition, please confirm with your neighbor or the building reception desk, as the package may have been handed over to them for safekeeping.
If there is no follow-up update within 7 working days, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Please note that claims for lost shipments are only valid within 30 days after shipment. Claims submitted after this deadline will not be accepted because the express delivery company will no longer accept claim investigations.
We do not deliver to APO/FPO and PO BOX addresses. You need to provide a valid physical address to process your order. We do not deliver to ships, expos, trade shows, exhibitions, hotels, campsites or temporary addresses, nor do we deliver to construction sites or mobile sites.
For packages delivered through mail forwarding companies, please note that we are not responsible for packages handled improperly by these institutions. The recipient is responsible for ensuring that a valid address and name are provided during the delivery process and for supervising the delivery of the package. Any package lost due to incomplete information provided will not be reissued.
