Refund policy
Thank you for choosing the Triangle Sail watch! Here is all the information you need to know about our return policy:
Unworn and unused: We require all returned watches to remain unworn, unused and unmodified (please do not enscratch).
Original packaging: Please return your watch in its original packaging, including all the attached labels.
Undamaged: We only accept undamaged watches without any signs of wear and tear.
Metal straps: For watches with metal straps, please ensure that the bracelet and clasp remain in the same size and that the clasp has not been removed. Please note that any damage or modification will incur a replenishment fee of 20 US dollars.
Leather and rubber belts: For leather or rubber belts, they should be unused. Damage or modification will also result in a replenishment fee of $20.
The items of genius
If your watch was received as a gift, we are sorry, but we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for these items. The original purchaser will need to handle any return or refund requests.
How to return
If you need to return the goods, please contact our customer support team at edwinzavalamo18@gmail.com. We will reply to you within two working days, informing you of all the details required to return the watch. We will give you a return authorization number, and you need to include this number in your goods.
Please remember: If the watch you return does not have this authorization number, we will be unable to process your return.
Transportation liability
We cannot be responsible for the items lost during the return period. Unless you receive incorrect or defective products, we will not cover the return shipping fee. Please send all the returns back to us
Refund details
The refund will include the original cost of your purchase. Please note that we are unable to refund any import duties/value-added taxes/taxes on goods and services that may be levied in your country.
